Stop the useless push notifications!

the developers have started sending push notifications about sales, reminders to buy expansions, and I even got one from this game asking if Id played the campaign.

This is a violation of the iOS developer agreement and a quick way to lose your player base as they turn off push notifications to avoid ads being pushed to all their iOS devices.
